Job Description
- Establish and oversee short and long term goals for each department.
- Supervise the implementation of strategic and operational plans and systems.
- Supervise the financial accounts and audit through the reporting system and control and follow-up mechanisms, ensuring that the required tasks are completed and the specified goals are reached.
- Assess the company’s general financial position and developing effective solutions and strategies to ensure sustainable development and profitability.
- Assess the operations financial risks and develop plans to prevent them or deal with them positively.
- Develop and supervise the financing plans and ensure the safety of spending in accordance with the company’s requirements.
- Evaluate the company’s accounting programs to include budgeting, tax planning, and asset protection in cooperation with the IT Dept.
- Manage accounting and audit policies and procedures
- Analyze investment options and availability of financing and make recommendations to senior management regarding the provision of financing.
- Interact with other managers in various departments to provide support in financial planning initiatives by managing financial analysis, financial reports and recommendations to ensure adequate resource utilization and cost control.
- Develop team skills needed to achieve results and monitor progress toward goals
- Develop the skills of high potential talents to build the second line.
- Enhance the functional cooperation and data management required to connect all company activities.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- CPA is a strong advantage
- At least 10 years’ experience in finance field
- Proven experience as CFO, or relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Proficiency in English Language skills (spoken & written)
