Job Description
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Receive and record invoices and arrange payment.
- Prepare and send invoices to debtors
- Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
- Prepare financial statements and debtors' listings.
- Check customers' credit ratings.
- Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
- Prepare reconciliations of accounts.
Job Requirements
- Has well experience in Manufacturing production costs
- Faculty of commerce (department of accounting).
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills ( Excel, Word, etc. …).
- Good English language skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Able to work at teamwork.
- 2 years of experience at least in the accounting field & Manufacturing production costs
