Job Description
- Measure, monitor, and analyze past performance to identify optimization opportunities again target KPIs and sales.
- Execute Search and App best practices and optimization across bidding, ad copy and landing pages
- Set up Google Search account structure, campaigns, Ad groups and brand and generic keywords selection based on Google Ads tools (Keyword planner, performance planner, etc.)
- Scope and set up tests, execute, analyze and present results to the Performance Marketing team and the rest of the business, propose recommendations and rollout schedules based on results
- Cooperate with Marketing teams to identify areas to increase efficiency and further automation of processes,
- Manage an increasing SEM budget, optimize and scale campaigns against tight, granular KPIs; manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the activity
- Align Ad copies to Marketing calendar, conferences and CME in MENA and Globally.
- Work closely with other members of the Marketing team
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience and proven track record on managing Paid Search campaigns in different languages, driving marketing performance and ROI (English and Arabic are a must)
- Experience with managing large data feeds &, complex analytical tasks
- Excellent multi-tasker and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and start up environment characterized by constant growth
- Good communication skills to convey your thinking and decisions and the ability to get people along on the journey
- Extensive experience of Google Ads, Google App Campaigns & Amazon solutions.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads is a plus
