Job Responsibilities :
- Check accuracy of inventory items.
- Make sure that all transactions, which requested form technical transacted and done on ERP. 100%
- Handling receiving new shipments.
- Making sure the material delivered to subcontractors.
- Making sure the returned material arrive back to warehouse and enter the inventory.
- Solving daily problems in inbound and outbound.
- Monitor our logistics service provider operation.
- Monitor and handle vendor’s warehouses in operational level.
- Maintain variance between system and physically.
- Make cycle count on daily basis for random items stock.
- Archive all related warehousing transactions documentations like (Inbound & Outbound and transfers between warehouses).
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate with other teams in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent Computer skills MS excel is required.
- Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading Writing & Oral).
