Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develops, implements and drives purchasing strategies to ensure long-term, cost efficient and stable supply of material based on portfolio analyses and supplier study.
- Reviews and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
- Analyzes all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Allocates and balance the PO to all suppliers
- Manages supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Solves and coordinate the urgent and short time purchasing cases.
- Creates monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
- Ensures commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.
- Defines and analyze what we have in stock against minimum needs and critical stock level and link it to a procurement plan.
- Cooperates with cross-functional departments.
- Leads and distribute tasks to team members.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 7:10 years of experience in purchasing / procurement filed , minimum 3 years at Saudi Electrical Retail company
- Knowledge for suppliers and nature of Saudi electrical market.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills is a must.
- Bachelor Degree at any related field.
- ERP user is must.
- willing to travel or relocate.
