Job Description
- Coordinate project management activities
- Coordinate with product owner to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensure that product owner & stakeholders needs are fulfilled as the project evolves
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Assign tasks or user stories to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Act as the focal point and communicate project status to all stakeholders as needed to ensure effective communication
- Work closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor work progress, plans and resources
- Attend all needed meetings with development team (standup, retrospective, ….etc)
- Create & maintain comprehensive project files including documentation, plans & progress reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in software industry
- Handled software deliveries and managing software life cycle is a must
- Proficient understanding of Agile methodology is a must
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving, time-management skills and critical thinking
- Very good command of English and Arabic language (written and speaking)
- Very good with Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
