Job Description
- Answer all daily questions/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.
- Organize Return process and refund for customers wanting to return a order.
- Place exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff and follow up.
- Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through social media direct messages or even phone calls.
Job Requirements
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Touch typing skill - Preferred.
- Experience in the field of electronics (Geek) - Preferred.
