Job Description
- Communicate with Real Estate brokers on a regular basis for project’s housing needs.
- Keep track of apartment occupancy and assign rooms to expatriate staff.
- Coordinate with the on-site finance team the monthly bills for staff utilities usage (water, gas, and electricity).
- Determine the need for facility maintenance and repair to notify appropriate personnel.
- Supervise the activities of housekeeping personnel on a daily basis.
- Order supplies for facilities in coordination with the purchasing onsite representative.
- Process apartment contract issuing and cancellation for expatriates.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- 3+ years of relevant housing experience in the Construction Field.
