Job Description
- Taking the responsibility of the recruitment process for engineering department.
- Screening cvs and ensure that candidates meet the needed criteria, then schedule interviews.
- Designing competency matrixes.
- Attending interviews - prepare and fill the interview evaluation sheets.
- Keeping records of all cvs data and interviewing process.
- Implementing and Updating the Policy and Procedures
- Conducting the job analysis and job descriptions.
- Creating and updating Organizational Charts.
- Responsible for Performance Appraisals
- Filing CVs and employees data
- Sending Job Offers, issue HR Letters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Above 5 years of experience in Recruitment and OD Preferable in Real Estate / Engineering field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
- Excellent user of all Microsoft Applications
