Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Publishing team as our Publishing Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with studio equipment standards, managing inventory, and performing maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will provide support to the photographer and assist with administrative duties related to the photo studio.
What you will do!!
- Assist in the setup and tear down of studio equipment and lighting fixtures, ensuring proper functioning and positioning for optimal photo shoots.
- Collaborate with the photographer to handle administrative tasks, such as organizing schedules, managing files, and coordinating logistics for shoots.
- Prepare sets for photo shoots, ensuring that all necessary equipment, props, and accessories are in place.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring sets are tidy and ready for use.
- Track and monitor consumables, such as batteries, bulbs, and other supplies, and ensure they are readily available for use.
- Collaborate with other teams to coordinate and prepare cars for photoshoots, ensuring they are clean, properly staged, and ready for the shoot.
- Support general studio administration tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining studio records.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working inside a photography studio.
- Proficient in handling and maintaining photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting fixtures, diffusers, and other accessories.
- Experience assisting photographers in utilizing diffusers and other specialized equipment to achieve desired lighting effects.
- Basic understanding of different automobile types and familiarity with the location of standard and extra features on vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage equipment inventory and track maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of studio administration tasks, such as scheduling, file management, and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with photographers and other team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for photography and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
