Job Description
Under the direction of the School Director, the Assistant Director supports the policies of the School; monitors student achievement and coordinates assessment testing school wide; oversees student enrollment; enforces the school discipline policies; and provides academic and student support.
Assisting in Parent Relations as follow:
- Assist the School Director in Parents meetings, requests, conflict resolving.
- Receiving and directing Parents concerns and follow up until the case is closed
- Participates in school and community events
- Helps with enrollment interviews.
Assisting in daily operations:
- Helps develop and carry out short term and long term goals of school wide action plan
- Provides leadership for assigned action items
- Provides updates of progress on assigned action items to the School Director.
- Assists Director in planning staff development day activities
- Coordinates staff community-building activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Education or Business Administration.
- Experience of at least 5 years as Assistant Director in an American School.
- English language fluency.
- High level of communication skills
- Excellent user of all Microsoft office applications.
