Job Description
- Maintain and administer IT services such as domain, O365 tenant, on-prime and cloud services
- Perform routine services checks (health status, backups, patching & updating)
- Configure & maintain network appliances such as routers, switches, AP’s and firewalls
- Configure and implement IT policies
- Report problems, issues and provide solutions
- Take ownership of some the IT services to be fully accountable for the running services
- Participate with IT team in designing and implementing IT services over the organization
- Perform all kinds of communication for the sake of reaching objectives and goals
- Implement IT industry best practices that align with the organization and IT policies
- Act the last line of defense for problem solving, incidents and escalation
- Secure IT services
- Provide users with assistant, help and consultancy regarding running IT services
- Configure & maintain all IT related services such as domain, users account, policies, network services.
Job Requirements
- Good experience in configuring windows domain environment that includes DNS, AD, GPO, WSUS, WDS, RDS, etc.
- Good Experience in messaging applications such as Exchange, Postfix, O365
- Good Experience in Networking switching, routing, subnetting, VoIP and IP telephony
- Good experience in collaboration applications such as SharePoint, G Suite
- Good experience in network services in different platforms (Windows, Linux, HW appliances)
- Familiar with cloud apps such as O365, Amazon
- Familiar with enterprise solutions such as archiving, AAA, Security profiles
- Good experience in security (Firewalls, end point security, mobile security, enterprise security)
- Good experience with multiple sites environments and hybrid environments (on-prime and cloud)
- Familiar with storage solutions such as NAS, SAN, DAS, SMB
- Familiar with systems and network management tools such as SNMP, SolarWinds, PRTG
- Familiar with Help desk and service management applications
