Job Description
- Technical support to users .
- Surveillance system installation and maintenance.
- Computer hardware and software
- Install Printers-scanners and other IT devices.
- Resolve technical problems(LAN) (WAN).
- Knowledge in Sophos firewall.
- Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
- Maintain documentation.
- Microsoft Exchange 2016 is a plus
- Knowledge in backup solutions is a plus
- Knowledge in virtualization is a plus
- Knowledge in RAID solutions is a plus
Job Requirements
