Job Description
- Ensure accurate creation of AWB for regular or retail customers, bulk & pharma.
- Ensure proper follow up from created AWB with shipping partners till client receives shipment.
- Ensure no pending orders before end of business day.
- Ensure efficient Closure of customers tickets with proper resolution.
- Record tickets for customers on follow up calls, direct the complain to appropriate department internally & ensure complain is handled properly till closure.
- Ensure Zero justified Complaints from shipping service.
- Follow up on shipping Company’s delivery notes across all platforms reports, system & WhatsApp, etc.
- Follow up calls to clients on previously received shipments through transactional survey.
- Shipping Company performance report and Daily Performance report.
- Follow with drivers our cars and the collectors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or accounting is preferred.
- 2 :3 years of work experience as a fleet & Shipping Specialist.
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with various departments.
- Excellent commutation skills and Organizational skills.
- Very good in English language (Writing & Speaking).
