Job Description
- Carry out QS Engineer of ongoing Architecture Finishing work at all stages.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
- Revise quantity takeoff sheets (constructed quantities on site) submitted by the contractor
- Revise and approve the contractor's monthly/Interim payment certificate, Invoice, and Payment
- Review of contractors' VOs (Variation Orders) in terms of quantities.
- Studying the project contract documents for Bills of quantities, payment terms, and related contractual issues
- Monitor contractors' agreements according to delivery documents
- Reporting changes in contract price resulting from change orders and actually executed quantities
- Evaluating materials on site for the purpose of the payment certificate as well as assisting in preparing the monthly progress report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in property development.
- Excellent negotiating & organizational skills.
