Work different.

  •  Create social media platform plans based on marketing strategy. Develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms.
  •  Responsible for the tactical planning, purchase, execution, and delivery of approved media plans in the areas of digital and emerging media
  •  Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid online campaigns, audiences, and ads. - Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  •  Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately - Audit existing online media ad campaigns and identify new opportunities to increase conversions.
  •  Manage online performance reporting process, communicating results with key stakeholders through easily accessed dashboards. 
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with internal team members. - Assist sales team with social media recommendations for potential clients. 
  • Assists in establishing appropriate tactical media channel strategies and budgets based on business targets.
  •  Evaluate market needs and understand how to acquire knowledge about clients trends and demands.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in paid social media marketing, SEM, and SEO. 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  •  Pixel implementation and data leverage experience. 
  •  Deep understanding of website analytics and e-commerce processes.
  •  Experience with data-centric client reporting.
  •  Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills.
  •  Ability to think through complex issues and exercise sound business judgment to set strategies. 
  •  Experience with CMS, and marketing automation platforms, and SEO. - Must be an independent problem solver.
