Responsibilities:

• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. 
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to different training programs.
• Answering customers' questions on E-Learning different programs and handling objection
• Education Companies background is preferred.
