Job Description
- Follow commercial plans and strategies in alignment with the company’s Commercial director for growth
- Coordinating with marketing through regular communication / info on market trends for targeting leads and business opportunities
- Promoting the organization and products and services
- Responsible for achieving individual targets in alignment with the company’s financial targets and strategy for new business acquisition
- Explore and progressively manage new business opportunities with the country
- Full adherence to the sales CRM tool in terms of opportunities management, activities & financial forecasting
- Monitoring of targets and its achievement levels –implementation of appropriate corrective actions to fulfil defined targets and report to management on weekly basis
- Ensure selling of all company’s products equally
- Monitors cost & selling to ensure profitable business with an acceptable GP margin
- Responsibility for hunting for leads for growth including strategy mapping, account penetration, customer relationship management and business improvement initiatives including: Gathering information to provide a clear orientation of the customer's potential, identification, detailing and evaluation of business opportunities
- Takes accountability in ensuring customer(s) satisfaction and maintaining communication between customer and the relevant company stakeholder
- Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established in his/her department and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization
- Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking;
- Ensuring that the resources needed for the quality management system are available
- Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended result
Job Requirements
- Min 1 years business experience, logistics / transportation field experience will be a plus,
- Strong key account management and business development exposure.
- Relevant Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent.
- Outstanding interpersonal competencies, and cultural sensitivity.
- Strong business acumen, result-focused business approach.
- Excellent communication, mediation, and presentation skills.
- Focus on business development along with strong “selling” ability.
- Positive and convincing attitude and an empathetic, motivating personality.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle/manage conflicts with internal and external parties.
