Job Description
- Preparation and reporting of accounting and financial data related to Manufacturing Operations
- Manufacturing cost accounting involving investigation, analysis of costs and variances, follow up and reporting, including structured monthly reports.
- Maintains and is responsible for budgeting and cost control using agreed company cost investigation methods.
- Implements and maintains standardized reports for inventory,
- Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
- Reviewing and posting all customers transactions, (Cash – Credit - others).
- Check and verify the documents (Invoices, Credit notes…).
- Responsible for collecting cash sales from sales reps.
- Reviewing the capacity of sales reps warehouses and reporting.
- Make Monthly cash count and stock count if needed and random.
- Record all cash transaction in the system in the branch (Payments, Credit notes, Expenses, petty cash).
- Send Daily reports for branch position.
Job Requirements
- Do not apply if you are not from Haram or Sheikh zayed or Dokki city or Agouza or Maadi or nearby area.
- Experience 5 years in customer accounts and supplier accounts , warehouses and bank accounts.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- High Communication Skills
- Very Good English
- Team Work, Fast Learner.
- Have the right skills to bring useful ideas to solve any problem, communicate those ideas effectively and play apart in bringing them to fruition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
