Job Description
- Understand the current application infrastructure and be ready to implement more serverless components to make the application more scalable.
- Build and maintain serverless applications through CloudFormation.
- Define and document best practices regarding serverless application development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Understand and set up a monitoring stack.
Job Requirements
- Proven understanding of and experience with full stack JavaScript / TypeScript and object-oriented & functional design principles.
- Proven understanding of test-driven development using different testing frameworks including but not limited to: Jest, Jasmine, and Mocha.
- Experience with distributed AWS services and serverless systems including but not limited to: Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB.
- Understanding of and experience with C# and .NET development is a huge bonus.
- Experience in an agile software engineering environment and proficiency with related tools including Git, CI / CD
- Working diligently and thoroughly to ensure high quality code & design
- Taking ownership of key areas related to your responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
