Job Description

CEO Support:
* Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
* Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
Office Management:
* Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient environment.
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Coordinate with IT, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
* Plan and execute office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
HR Administration:
* Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

* Fluent in Italian and English . 
* Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and handle confidential information.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
* Preferably female.
