Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting the Assembly Leader and provide support as necessary
Manage tasks according to the set targets and objectives
Handle administrative tasks required by this post
Induction training of new staff on Calibration Procedures
Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
Apply measurement science, mathematics, physics, and engineering to design and develop systems, equipment, and methods for calibrating electrical, dimensional, optical, physical, mechanical, environmental, and/or chemical inspection, measurement, and test equipment (
Analyze and solve calibration problems using advanced mathematical and engineering knowledge. Use statistics to analyze measurement standards and processes.
Maintain calibration laboratory and/or quality systems. Perform laboratory and/or departmental administration and management.
Ensure all testing completed according to applicable standards
Provide Measurement support for all dimensional required
Provide dimensional measurement support for all allocation/well test and operational assembly and injection and Paint line.
Ensure customer requirement are met

Qualifications:

Have a technical diploma in engineering and relative work experience in the manufacturing environment.
At least 1-3 years work experience in Metrology and/or Calibration, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments.
Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
Ability to be flexible and multitasking.
Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
Goal Oriented Self Starter.
Excellent Communicator.
PC-based computing experience is essential.
