General - Maintain stability of the systems
- Admin support for the above-mentioned systems in Rowad; create new users, edit titles/names, control responsibilities for users or create projects (if needed).
- Conduct training for any new user or existing users
- Solve any business issue that encounters any user (Data transfer from one system to another)
- Functional support for Unifier in Rowad; edit existing business processes, create forms, or edit existing forms
- Ensure the inputs through all the processes are correct and accurate (till the project is adapted to the system)
- Create templates/print outs to ongoing projects on Unifier

Primavera Unifier - Design, document, and develop business processes in Unifier
- Advise with best practices processes for different areas in EPC business.
- Design the integration flows with other enterprise applications (ERP, SRM, P6 EPPM, CostOS).
- Develop testing plan, scripts, and procedures
- Create queries for new features
- Create queries for printout

Oracle BI Analytics - Create new reports or dashboards when requested or needed
- Create complex dashboards and reports
- Create queries and codes to fetch all needed data

Integration - Develop integration between all applications.
- Create Webservices and API if needed
- Maintain integration and fix any issues related to it

CostOS - Maintain database of Cost OS and make sure it’s working properly
|
Primavera P6 EPPM - Maintain lists in P6 (Resources, projects, etc)
- Control & enhance the performance
