Job Description
- Lead engineering team, managing the workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Audit their team's work to ensure any misspecifications are corrected.
- Review 2D/3D CAD design blueprints.
- Understand the design project, Help to prepare & develop where required, drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the design.
- Develop project management plans, including schedule baselines, projects, scope baselines, man-hour estimate, Quality Plan, budget, and risk plans for building design projects.
- Follow up & Communicates with engineers who will use the programs.
- Prepare complete technical drawings & layout of designs.
- Analyze job order and performs necessary calculations.
- Make improvements to set up times and design for complex shapes
- Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions and ensure they successfully reduce time and money.
- Monitor all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task.
- Compile with all safety rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
- +5 years of relevant work experience in the field
- 3+ years leading a team.
- Highly Proficient in Cabinet Vision
- Familiar with ( AutoCAD- Photoshop - 3D Max - Sketchup) Revit is a plus.
- Experience in pricing.
- Experience in ( residential, office building & commercial centers )
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Team Player
