- Key Accounts Manager
- Participate in defining the company's key accounts acquisition strategy
- Work with Marketing on demand generation events/initiatives to drive opportunity Identification
- Develop a deep understanding of key accounts needs, expectations, growth objectives, and competitive position.
- Grow ExpandCart's GMV through acquiring brand leaders and explain how we can help them grow
- Building effective and collaborative relationships with the key decision-makers within the target organizations
- Driving sales of strategic products and solutions
- Present ExpandCart in relevant industry events and summits & grow your network of key connections & decision-makers
- Onboard key accounts on our portfolio of services which they can benefit from to realize their growth objectives
Job Requirements
- Role Summary:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and or client facing role in relevant or adjacent industries, at least 3 years of which the candidate should have carried a personal sales target.
- In addition and preferably, the candidate to have a proven network in the software/SaaS/eCommerce industry
- Broad B2B commercial strategy experience in the the eCommerce sector
- Strong organization and administration
- Growth mindset. Open-minded and innovative - actively seeks out best practice, willing to challenge the paradigms.
- Action orientated with a strong drive for results, ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently, strong prioritization & time management.
- MS Office: Savvy in MS package Word, Excel and Power-point together with internal business systems
- Good understanding of commercial negotiation processes and contracting
- Has strong consultative sales and solution selling skills with the ability to effectively originate new business, develop and leverage referral sources, and convert a cold lead into a qualified prospect.
- Expert listening and needs analysis/diagnosis skills.
- Must possess excellent business acumen and extremely strong collaboration, influencing and negotiating skills
