Job Description
- Implementation of the model and modification if required.
- Conduct physical site visits to identify any potential risks if needed.
- Preparation of all BIM standard procedures including modeling guidelines, modeling matrix.
- Responsible for all outcoming and incoming BIM deliverables and scheduling to match the design schedule.
- Supervise generating BOQ dictionary and link to all 3D models and take-offs.
- Held a regular coordination meeting between project different departments and external consultants.
- Develop and/or supervise developing the relevant BIM model for design drawings and reporting anticipated conflicts.
- Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines, design-changes and model changes.
- Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilization of BIM software’s and tools.
- Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models.
- Provide technical support for projects (coordinated shop drawings, QS ,....) using Revit and Navis program.
- Extracting material take-offs for different level of detail to be used for QC, procurement, planning departments.
- Detect and solve clashes between different discipline
- Assist project Manager in preparing BIM Guidelines for project specific requirements.
- Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Arch Engineering.
- Min. 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent awareness of Revit , Navis Work is a must.
