Job Description
- Oversee client and vendor contracts
- Provide commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for contracts management
- Conduct legal analysis and research legal matters
- Draft, review, edit, interpret and advise on contracts and other legal documents for various projects
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
- Draft legal opinions, memorandum, and briefing documents.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, creating relations of trust
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Experience in the law field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry is an added advantage.
- Thorough knowledge of Egyptian Labor law, social security law, taxation law.
- Able to work 6 working days per week. (Saturday to Thursday)
