Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE

Create and plan various projects’ content and blog articles regularly to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. As a content creator, you are required to have a high level of creativity, attention to details, and project management skills. You will be expected to sustain and develop the company's voice across all content. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan and execute the marketing content strategy in alignment with the business objectives.
  • Create and post relevant and appealing content online, across all channels (onsite, offsite, and blog).
  • Contribute with the designers and social media team to develop content plans, including re-purposing (recycling) of content in other forms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communication, segments marketing, sales, product team, and external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both internal key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Collaborate with WUZUF Coaches and Customer Success teams to write an appealing content pieces in the form of Blog articles, emails, SM posts etc. on the most relevant topics to engage with the employers and job seekers
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Staying up to date with content trends, audience preferences, and advancements in technology.
  • Initiate creative concepts for content creation that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Proofreading and editing all content before publishing.
  • Own, produce and govern our Blogs on both products (WUZZUF and Forasna).
  • Manage and handle all email marketing campaigns and report on the number of recipients, open rate and click-through-rate (CTR)
  • Engage with other Performance Marketing team members to increase our link-share across the online PR community.
  • Do other job related tasks as required

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree of journalism, marketing, communication, or a relevant field

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Experience in writing both English and Arabic is a must
  • Experience in managing Blogs before is a plus
  • Preferably to have good experience in managing email marketing campaigns
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Have previous experience  in using one or more of the email marketing tools (MailChimp, SendGrid, etc.)
  • Experience with creating data-driven content pieces

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
  • Highly analytical and attentive to details
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
