Job Description

Position Summary: 

Receptionist is the image of us the first line of communication in our clinic 

Essential Job Functions:

Customer Service duties (Female Only ) 

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice according to our protocol and training
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
  • Collect date from the patient and Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
  • Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing

Administrative duties  

  • Receiving and Calls referring doctors, patients
  • follow Stock level
  • communicate with lab and follow their work
  •  

Accounting Duties 

  • Record accounting daily activities
  • Updates billing system and Invoices

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related file 
  • Proven experience working in a dental Clinic (preferably)
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Presentation and selling skills 
  • Proficient with using computer systems and typing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • English Speaking 
  • Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
