IT Infrastructure Supervisor

#IT_Infrastructure_Supervisor is required at Kanawat for trading and distribution (Samsung & Nokia Distributor – Kanawat Stores - Home Appliances ) Nasr city - Cairo:

• Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems to meet the organization      requirement
• Manage and support Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, and MS Exchange-based    messaging systems.
• Disaster Recovery Plan
• Responsible for LAN, WAN, Cloud-hosted services, PC maintenance, and Phone system.
• Proven experience with Installing and configuring Server, Desktop & Application Virtualization in  VMware environment is Must
• Identify methods to maintain and improve our networks in a cost-effective way to meet current and  future needs.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Resolve the Escalated issues by the team members
• Strong knowledge in next generation UTM (Firewall) system such as Sophos , Fortigate
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization .
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage network and operation staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating  job expectations and appraising their performance
