Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares all main ingredients (meat/ chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, sauteing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all customers and satisfaction.
- Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to always assure a smooth service period.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Shawarma cutting and preparation
- Flexibility to work in any location in UAE
