Job Description
- Identify and explore new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers (Including but not limited to Major developers, contractors, hotels and design houses).
- plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- performing the full cycle of quotation, submiting, PO release, PO delivery, payments.
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Efficient usage of communication skills to achieve sales targets by phone, mails, visits, presentations, with an emphasis on personal meetings.
- Organizing sales call schedule & outside technical visits to potential clients.
- Negotiate offers / payment terms / financial solutions and conditions with clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Prepare sales, clients and visit reports on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- University bachelor graduates in Engineering and Applied arts are preferable. (Preferred Applied arts: Interior design, Metal furniture or Industrial design Departments).
- Proficiency in MS Office, 3D max, Autocad.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Min. 1-2 years of sales experience
- Fluent English language is a must.
- Owns a car
- Having a background experience in the Interior Design Field is preferred
- Cairo Resident is a must.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work under pressure.
