Job Description
- Check-in and out patients in the most professional & friendly manner
- Greet patients on the phone and book appointments as per available schedule
- Act as a focal point between patients, doctors and management
- Educate patients about our services and work hard on up-selling & cross-selling across different departments
- Handle cash & credit card payments and close financial shits for accounting handovers
- Report back to management all issues, concerns and bottle necks in the operation
- Handle complaints and solve operation issues
- Present our brand in the best professional manner
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality preferably beauty/cosmetics clinics
- Good command of Arabic and English both speaking & writing, other languages is a plus
- University graduate from a reputable university
- Presentable appearance with high interpersonal skills
- Flexible timings to match different shift timings
- Ability to work under pressure
