Job Description
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing relationships with projects different consultants.
- Planning and coordinating site architect works with the civil and electro mechanic teams.
- Coordinating the different architect site activities in the project
- Managing site engineers to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Doing quality control checks for site works on periodic basis.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.
Job Requirements
- Project management and supervision skills
- Excellent English Language
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process .
- Experience in site supervision of the finishing of residential buildings and service facilities in site.
- Experience in supervision, coordination with activity sequencing and handing over of works
- Experience in construction and interior finish projectsExperience in pricingExcel and AutocadPreferably 3dmax.
- Experience building integration platforms.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD - necessary.
- Excellent Computer literateAbility to AnalyzeHighly Organized.
- Architecture engineering degree.
- Experience :(5) years of construction experiece.
- Must is experience in planning engineering.
