Job Description
- 1-Supervises the day-to-day operations of Sulphonic to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
- 2-Control consumption of raw material to increase total yield of production.
- 3-Ensure that products are produced on time and according to quality standards
- 4-Manage DCS & field Operations at Sulphonation plant (production main raw materials of cosmetics & detergents ( SLES , LABSA & AOS ).
- 5-Plan, coordinate & control the manufacturing processes
- 6-Manage maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of mechanical Equipment including compressors, Gear pumps, Vacuum pumps, Centrifugal pumps, cooling towers & piping corrosion.
- 7-Decrease equipment failure and spare parts consumption
- 8-Reviewing worker performance and Identifying training needs
- 9-Maintain healthy and safety environment by Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Job Requirements
- 1-Bachelor Degree In Chemical Engineering or relevant field .
- 2-MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred
- 3-Experience from 10-15 years relevant experience in Sulphonation including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities .
- 4-Advanced Microsoft office ( Excel- Word- PowerPoint ).
- 5-Advanced SAP System User
