Job Description

 

  • Handling Processing of medical and life claims under all lines of business which includes: 
    • Medical claims assessment and audit for TPA.
    • Medical reimbursement claim handling. 
    • Medical approval requests handling.
    • Life claims assessment and processing. 
    • Evaluation & settlement of coverage (medical and life) . 
    • Registering new cases.
    • Internal & External communication with clients. 
    • Taking decision based on segregation of authority 
    • Making the needed Communication with other departments, claimants.
    • Assist monitoring of the line of business KPIs through preparing different regular reports.

 

  • Develop good working relationships and workflows with other operational departments that impact claims processing.

 

Job Requirements

Holding bachelor’s in medicine/pharmaceutical sciences

Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical claims preferably experience in TPA claims handling. 

Excellent communication, presentation and team working skills.
