- Guiding and monitoring all the working process
- Monitor the production according to the plan and Communicate with direct manager regarding any delays or any production circumstances.
- Optimize product cost as per the newly methodologies to fulfil customers’ needs and satisfaction levels.
- Suggest recommendation and corrective action to improve the product.
- Report the production progress regarding each order to the production manager.
- Ensure the proper delivery of the approved products to the final product warehouse
- Organize daily tasks and its priorities with production technicians and workers to fulfill the daily plan.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Engineering is a must - Production department
- Sheet metal production background is a must.
- English, excellent in writing and communication.
- Well operating Solid works, AutoCAD and so on
- Well known with all the process, such as laser cutting machines, bending machines, welding, polishing, and assembly.
- Communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time Management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with flexible schedule.
