Job Description
- Insert account data by inputting text based and numerical information on SAP.
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for SAP entry.
- Maintaining and updating the SAP data as necessary.
- Indexing and filing invoices.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents/data.
- Keep critical information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Ensure proper use of data entered.
Job Requirements
- 0 – 1 year of experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration is required or any relevant degree.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
