Job Description
- Performs day to day processing of HR requests to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS) for an assigned group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks.
- Ensures appropriate support for internal customers.
- Delivers accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality controls like 4 eye check are carried out.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in handling the internal investigations with employees to implement the proper disciplinary actions in accordance with the labor law and internal policies and procedures when needed
- Dealing with the social insurance office for submitting form 1,2 & 6
- Following up on contracts renewal and probation periods
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Job Requirements
- Saturday to Thursday – 8:30AM to 5:00PM – Friday Day Off.
- Construction Background is a MUST
- BSc in law or any related discipline
- Solid experience in personnel & payroll
- Full knowledge of Labor law, social insurance law, and income tax
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
