Job Description

  • Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

Job Requirements

  • Academic Qualifications:
  • Qualified degree from recognised Law School
  • Years of Experience: 
  • From 15 to 20 years practising as a legal Director with a legal firm or as an in-house counsel in a multi-national company.

  • Construction Contracts and Commercial Contracts
  • Company Law and its procedures as well as general corporate
  • experience in textile contracts is desirable
