Job Description

  • Schedule and coordinate the CEO's calendar and meetings, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Liaise between executives/business developers and clients.
  • Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Facilitate/improve company workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, manage filing systems, take meeting minutes, prepare correspondence reports for publications/presentations)
  • Troubleshoot challenges as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Female.
  • English fluency “written and spoken” is a MUST
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication, organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
  • international calls experience is a must.
