Job Description
- The Quality Assurance Specialist will monitor the company-wide quality assurance program across all medical digitization operations to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
- The QA specialist will audit medical prescriptions digitization for accuracy and provide feedback to reduce errors.
- The QA specialist has a key role in developing, creating, and implementing quality enhancement processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy.
- Health Insurance claims experience including medical prescriptions data entry and/or claims auditing is preferable.
- Knowledge of standard medical coding guidelines such as ICD, CPT, HCPCS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional presentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent User (Excel, word, and PowerPoint).
