Job Description

The Jr. People Partner will act as a focal point between The Knowledge Hub and People & Culture centralized functions. As a trusted partner, the job holder is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing People & Culture activities for assigned Departments. The Junior People Partner is also responsible for providing advice, counseling and managing to solve conflicts/challenges faced by concerned managers and employees.


Responsibilities: 

Employee Relations 

• Act as primary focal point for all People and Culture department requests including and not limited to; HR letters, experience letters, leave requests, department heads requests, and other types of HR related requests. 
• Support & guide the knowledge hub employees in understanding People & Culture department policies and assist in creation new policies “if required”. 
• Apply the Knowledge Hub policies including Mobile line, Travel & Per diem and business cards. 
• Delivers People and Culture department orientation to the new hires. 
• Partner with stakeholders across The Knowledge Hub to better support them in all pending hiring requests. 
• Partner with expats to support them in travel arrangements (Flight + Visa), accommodation, schooling, pre-employment arrangements, hiring documents, work permit and family residency 
• Manage all employees leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves, emergency leaves. unpaid leave, etc ….)

Staff Onboarding & Offboarding Process 
• Follow up the receiving of hiring documents. 
• Handle contracts and form 1&6 CEO signature and provide it to Government Relation office with hiring documents to deliver it to Social Insurance office 
• Creates Onboarding Check list and off boarding Clearance Form 
• Provide Government relation office with new academic staff data to get the ministry approval required and follow up with them regarding. Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor.

Medical Insurance 
• Receives New hires pre-employment medical test results from The Knowledge Hub physician. 
• Updates the system by adding new joiners and deleting separated employees. 
• Update medical insurance policy and procedures. 
• Support in receiving staff medical approvals. 
• Handling medical insurance costs including local & international service providers’ payments & pre-employment medical checkups.

Managing HR Systems & Reporting 
• Uploading new hires’ data on Oracle. 
• Handling Oracle ERP System approvals and reports. 
• Generating staff attendance report and sends it Issues all TKH P&C letters

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Business or any relevant major 
• 1-3 years of experience in employee relations, personnel or people operations is a must.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong Communication & presentation skills.
• Planning & Organizing.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Excellent command of English language level.
• Familiarity in dealing with numbers.
