We are looking for a qualified digital experience Designer to join our Digital Experience team. Their work includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and design interactive programs which enhance the customer’s experience and facilitate an enjoyable experience on digital products.
The ideal candidate will analyze and identify user pain points, and translate them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes in order to design the overall functionality of the product, and ensure a great user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive design solutions and user experience design.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysts and Tech architects on the overall feasibility of the requirements
- Facilitate and implement designs, complete related production independently, and create prototypes according to the product design ideas.
- Leverage product requirements and deliver high-fidelity designs to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy.
- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Create Information Architecture documents like site maps, transaction flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, and navigation models as per requirements.

- You are a passionate designer who enjoys designing innovative experiences that solve clients’ complex business problems.
- You are focused above all on customer and end-users’ needs and intents but have a keen understanding of business drivers.
- You have experience in working with agile teams.
- You don’t mind design being extremely iterative. You are always striving for the best user experience.
- A design portfolio demonstrating product and design thinking
- Knowledge of wireframe tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience using Digital tools like Figma, Sketch, PS, AI, AE, Principle, Flinto, etc
- Familiar with Advanced Dashboards, Web, iOS, Android design specifications.
- 4+ years of experience in digital experience design or similar role.
- English as a working language.
