Job Description
- Maintain a meticulous inventory system to provide security and protection for the company's antique items.
- Responsible for incoming materials to ensure accurate usage reports can be generated.
- Responsible for the exchange of raw materials based on the required operating orders.
- Responsible for carrying out the return operations of the rejected materials and handling them in the correct way
- Responsible for maintaining updated records of incoming and outgoing items and goods, keeping matching item delivery, issuance and return forms, and recording on the designated program.
- Holding class cards for all items, with the movement of balances recorded first.
- Receiving, recording and storing incoming supplies upon arrival, in cooperation with the Quality Control Department.
- Periodic inventory and reporting of items and quantities.
- Creating a coding system for all items and responsible for implementing and maintaining the item numbering system for all commodities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis and management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is must.
- 3+ years of experience as store keeper.
- verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel).
- Good knowledge of Oracle user.
