Job Description
- Deal with the opposing sides in the cases that require negotiations to end the disputes for the benefit of the company.
- Conducting administrative investigations and reviewing the results and presenting them to the Senior Manager of the Legal Department
- Writing lawsuits, notes and contracts in all cases, and presenting them to the Senior Manager of the Legal Department before submitting them to the court
- Work on supporting and executing general group strategies.
- Representing the company in front of the judicial, investment and regulatory authorities and all governmental and non-governmental agencies.
- Work on studying all the pending cases and follow up with all the legal cases and disputes that the company is a part of and supervise the preparation of all the required official documents to release the company from any legal case against it and present the fundamental responses for it.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- 10+ years of Experience
- Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Law and relevant legal and judicial legislations
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office Applications
