Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning models and algorithms for our products and services. You will work closely with other engineers and data scientists to develop and implement AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients, customers, and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior AI engineers and providing technical guidance and thought leadership.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI solutions that meet business needs and requirements
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques and technologies in AI and machine learning
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in AI and machine learning
- Assess and improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our AI systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of work
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, such as regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, and deep learning
- Experience with AI development frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
