Job Description
- Investigate and coordinate customer concerns,
- Monitor quality related costs and targets and champion internal activities aimed to address and close outstanding customer complaints.
- Actual customer on site visits and be required to maintain a positive rapport with the clients.
- The application of quality tools, generating ideas how to permanently and robustly close customer issues (both electrical and mechanical),
- Maintenance of quality documentation and preparing technical reports for submission to clients.
- Authorizing line stoppage of and shipments when working not according procedure
- Ensure customer requirement are met
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience working in quality in manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and methods (DoE, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)
- Using Problem solving tools like Ishikaua diagram 5w
- Excellent communication and English language skills.
- Knowledge on use of measuring equipment such as caliper, comparators, optical measuring instruments would be an asset.
- Basic knowledge of six sigma tools.
- Systematic & Methodical.
- Good communication skills.
- Sound presentation techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive team approach.
