We are hiring an Audit Manager for a leading Accounting & Auditing company located in Saudi Arabia.

The Job
- Overseeing and directing the budgeting, planning, coordination and control of engagements in accordance with client and statutory audit methodology and business requirements to ensure effective service delivery and maximized recoverability.
- Directing, coaching, and mentoring assistant managers to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements and the direction of their juniors, ensuring cost-effective, timely completion and effective service delivery to the required standard on each engagement.
- Nurturing and seeking worthwhile relationships with clients, business departments, and staff, for the sharing of information and to identify and progress current and future audit requirements.
- Preparing and negotiating fee proposals for existing clients and assisting in forming propositions for new businesses.
- Assisting the senior leadership team in monitoring the effectiveness of audit services delivered, providing feedback and reflection on the quality of service accordingly.
- Preparing reports to senior client management and audit committees.
Job Requirements
You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Auditing.
- Teaching or training experience is a must.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Experience in Audi Firms is a must.
- Very good in English ( in reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
