Job Description
The sales admin should have experience in Real Estate Brokerage Field with minimum 1 year. Also should have very good computer and research skills.
Responsibilities
- Working on Website word press
- Working on the CRM system.
- Preparing sales team reports and schedules as required.
- Welcoming visitors and maintaining a database for them.
- Direct clients to the responsible salesperson.
- Experience in preparing monthly and weekly reports.
- Experience in following up a sales team.
- Distribution of data to the team
- Communicate with other companies to find out what units are available
- Attends meetings for development companies and the company's sales team
- Working to meet Sales team needs.
- Assisting the sales team with orders
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Hard worker and proactive.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- 1-2 years' of experience
