Job Description

The sales admin should have experience in Real Estate Brokerage Field with minimum 1 year. Also should have very good computer and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working on Website word press 
  • Working on the CRM system.
  • Preparing sales team reports and schedules as required.
  • Welcoming visitors and maintaining a database for them.
  • Direct clients to the responsible salesperson.
  • Experience in preparing monthly and weekly reports.
  • Experience in following up a sales team.
  • Distribution of data to the team
  • Communicate with other companies to find out what units are available
  • Attends meetings for development companies and the company's sales team
  • Working to meet Sales team needs.
  • Assisting the sales team with orders

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Hard worker and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • 1-2 years' of experience
  • Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
  • Strong communication skills
  • 5th settlement Residents
  • Very good computer skills “Microsoft Office”
